The NIX have two (main)
member mailing lists, which is mandatory that atleast
one contact must subscribe to.
[nix-announce]
Closed membership,
available only to
approved NIX members and
it is
intended to carry announcements of an urgent operational
nature. It is recommended that all technical and NOC
contacts be subscribed to this list.
[nix-discuss]
Closed membership,
available only to approved NIX members. This list is a
peer review forum for NIX members and can be used to
discuss NIX issues including operational, technical,
business and financial issues.
It is also intended to notify relevant and
authorised
personnel of any changes to the MoU which shall have a
binding affect on NIX members, such changes being in
accordance with Clause 15 "Changes".
It
is recommended that all administrative contacts be
subscribed to this list.
